11 Months Old

Eli Grant you are 11 months old!
You are such a happy little guy! You smile at everyone and have the cutest little laugh. Your big sister and brother are great at getting you going to! You love them so.
You are wearing size 12 month clothes and a size 4 diaper. You are a big boy! You now have 8 teeth with the latest one finally breaking through this past weekend. You are almost able to stand by yourself and I think you will be walking independently soon. You are everywhere and into everything!
You are talking up a storm these days and have started calling your pacifier Do-Do, as in Do-Re-Mi. You have also started waving and saying hi (eye) whenever someone comes in the door! You love to dance and have mastered drinking out of a sippy cup! Your new favorite food is potatoes and have a love for baked potatoes just like your sissy and brother!
You have been showing your strong willed side lately too. When you want something you go for it until you get it and you do not like it when someone tells you no.
You are a little fire cracker and we love you very very much Eli!

First Strike

Emory's class earned a bowling party so Friday after school we headed to the bowling ally. Emory bowled her first strike and was SUPER excited about it! Here she is giving me her strike pose! All the kids had a blast bowling!

Kindergarten President Project

Cason's class is learning about the Presidents and Mrs. Duke asked each student to pick a President to tell the class about. Cason chose James A. Garfield because he looked the most like Paul Bunyan! He presented on Friday and was super excited!
Cason and Daddy worked very hard on his poster. He was very happy to tell Mrs. Duke that he glued everything to the poster!
He kept his poster board hidden from the class until it was time. It was a secret!
He did a great job telling the class about James A. Garfield and then answered every one's questions!
Eli enjoyed watching from his stroller while snacking!
