Happy 1st Birthday Eli

Happy birthday Eli Grant!

I can't believe you are 1 today! Eli you are such a sweet and outgoing little guy. You love smiling and waving to people. Everywhere we go takes longer because you are always flashing your smile at people who usually have to stop and talk to you! You absolutely adore your big sister and brother and love to play with them. 

You are wearing size 12 and 18 month clothes and a size 5 diaper. You can say Mama, Dada, Dodo (pacifier), Hi, and no no. They other day you said Bubba but I think you were just copying Emory, you are her Bubba by the way. You are into everything and everywhere, you love to explore. You love drawers and doors and are an expert at emptying them. You are also so sweet and give the best sugars! We all love you very much Eli and are so very thankful God gave you to us! Happy birthday sweet boy!

3rd Quarter Report Cards

Last Friday the kids brought home their 3rd Quarter report cards. They both continue to do great in school and love to learn new things!!

Cason turns 6

Happy birthday Cason Bradley you are 6 today!!

Cason you are officially two hands old! The past year as flown by and you have grown and learned so much. You are reading now and can add and subtract! You are such a social kid and make friends very easily. You are so funny and always smiling, but yet take things very seriously. Sometimes a little to serious. You are always hard at work and love to build things. You love tools, John Deere, Gummies, and playing in the dirt! You favorite shows right now are Henry Danger and PJ Masks. You love to learn and this year have taken an interest in the Titanic, Elvis Presley, and the White House. You are creative and have a big imagination! Happy birthday sweet boy, we love you!!

First Soccer Games

Cason and Emory had their first soccer games this afternoon. Cason played the Red Cobras and his friend Will is on that team (Will is # 5). Cason scored 2 of his teams 3 goals. He should have had a third goal but the bottom of the goal post came up and the ball didn't go in all the way (if you ask him he will tell you he scored 3 goals). His team didn't win but they played hard and learned a lot (most of his teammates have never played soccer)!

Emory played very good too!! She also scored 2 of her teams 3 goals. They played extremely well for only having had one practice (there second practice was rained out) and only lost by 2 points. She played both goalie and in the field.

Eli was a very good boy and had fun watching all the people!  

Lincoln & Washington

Cason brought drawings home this week of Presidents Lincoln and Washington. I think he did an excellent job!!! Honest Abe (as Cason calls him) is my favorite.

Cason's 1st soccer practice

Both Emory and Cason are playing soccer this year and Cason had his first practice yesterday. He is on the Ninja Turtles! He did great and had a blast! Emory's team hasn't met yet but will after Spring Break!

2nd Grade Egyptian Day

Emory's class has been learning about Ancient  Egypt and on Wednesday they had an Egyptian Day. The day consisted of three performances of "The Lost Scroll" and an Egyptian Feast, because actors and actresses have to eat!

Emory played Isis.

She had a lot of lines to memorize and did a great job!
