17 Months Old

Eli Grant you are 17 months old today!

You are a big boy! You are wearing 18 month clothes but cooler weather needs to hurry up and get here, as you are quickly outgrowing your summer clothes! You love to eat and aren't one to pass up a snack. You are still in a size 4 shoe and size 5 diaper.

You also LOVE to brush your teeth and usually have a toothbrush in your hand. You are currently working on your last 4 teeth and then your smile will be complete!

You love to play with your toys. Right now you love your tool belt, cars, trucks, and balls. You have also really started to like books. Your two favorites are Where's Spot and the book pictured below.

You also LOVE to drive anything with a steering wheel! You had a blast at Home Depot with Cason driving around the store.

Your vocabulary is increasing and you have added shoe, please, ball (all), and uh oh sort of! Your understanding has grown leaps and bounds but you get frustrated because your vocabulary isn't as far along. You can throw quite the tantrum too!

First Day of School

Today is the fist day of school!

Both Emory and Cason were ready for school to start, they both enjoy it so. They have been excited all week!!

Kindergarten Scrapbook

Mrs. Duke made a little scrapbook for the kids and gave it to the parents at the end of school. Cason is going to miss Mrs. Duke this year.

4th Quarter Report Cards

With the new school year starting next week I thought it would be a good idea to post Emory and Cason's 4th quarter report cards from last year!

The Cason Original

Today Cason hollered for me to come see his Cason original. I walked into the kitchen and found this. He had made a huge sandwich for lunch and named it the Cason original.

16 Months Old

Eli Grant you are 16 months old!

You love cups with straws, balls, food, peek-a-boo, and brushing your teeth. You are not a fan of not getting your way! You have become quite the expert at throwing tantrums. You spend most of your time trying to keep up with your Bubba and Sissy. You absolutely adore them and want to do everything they are doing.

You are wearing 18 month clothes, a size 5 diaper and size 4 shoe. You are into everything and are always on the go. You know your nose, ears, mouth and belly button and like to play the "where's my ____" game.

You also love to load, unload and shut the dishwasher. Lids are another favorite of yours. I find them all over the house. You love music and usually clap your hands to songs in the car. You are quite the clown as well. We love you very much Eli.
