 Lucy fished a little too!
Paw Paw caught a pretty good size bass.

5th & 1st Colonial Day

Emory has been learning about the colonial period this year at school. Before Thanksgiving break 5th grade hosted the first Thanksgiving and invited the 1st grade natives to come for lunch.
After feasting with the natives, 5th grade practice their colonial skills and churned butter, made corn husk dolls, and learned to weave by making pot holders. Emory loved every second!

3rd Grade's Greek Feast

A couple of weeks ago Cason's class had their Greek Feast. They have been learning about ancient Greece and the Greek gods and goddesses.
Cason did his Greek project on Hades, which consisted of dressing up as Hades and giving a presentation.
Welcome to Ancient Greece!

After the feast the class played games and answered trivia questions. The first group to make it to the top of Mount Olympus won golden trophy's (AKA plungers). Cason's group won!
