Cason's First Report Card

Cason brought home his first report card last Friday and he is super proud of it. Mrs. V even made him his very own copy to keep!

 Cason has learned a lot during the first quarter and is always telling us about Bible stories and books he has learned about. He really seems to enjoy school and has made many new friends.

 I think he actually knows a few more letters then this as he was just writing an H yesterday but letters and words are starting to get his attention. He is also all about writing his name. The S or snake letter as he likes to call it is his favorite to write.

Field Trip to Moore Pumpkin Patch

Today Bradley and I took off from work and went with the kids on their field trip to the pumpkin patch in Bullard. Emory and Cason had a great time but it was hot and they got tired quickly!

Pineywoods Fair 2015

Last week was fair week!

 Cason loves to ride rides.

Wednesday night was band night so he got to ride lots of rides!

 He cracked me up when he rode the cars with his hands behind his head.

 Cason rode once with a little girl and by the end of the ride he was about sitting in her lap. Poor thing!

Thursday night was the Peewee Showmanship and both Emory and Cason participated this year.

Emory continues to enjoy school and soaks up everything she learns.

 Emory brought home this picture the other day. She still loves horses!

Emory read Ramona the Brave at school and they made owls like Ramona did in the story, except per Emory nobody crinkled up their owl like Ramona!

Cason has had a great first month of school and he is learning so much! He seems to enjoy going to school and has made many new friends!

Big News

We are having another baby due April 7, 2016!!

 Emory and Cason are both excited and rooting for a girl. Cason wants a girl so he is the only boy and Emory wants a little sister. I don't care either way as long as he/she is healthy. 

Random Things

We have been super busy since school started but I really haven' t taken many pictures. I was going through my phone and found a few over the last few weeks.

We met Cameron and Maddie at The American Girl store last weekend and Emory and Maddie each picked out a doll. Maddie got a Bitty Baby and Emory picked out Julie Albright. Julie was born in 1974 and Emory fell in love with all her 70's era accessories!
