The Sunday before Christmas we took our annual trip to Santa Land. This year Eli was really amazed by it all and loved it. They had added a few new items this year and our new favorite is the campsite with the underwear hanging on the clothes line!

Gingerbread Houses
The first day of Christmas break we made our gingerbread houses. All three did a great job!

Emory's gingerbread house
Our gingerbread village!
Pre-K Polar Express Day
The last day of school before Christmas break Eli had Polar Express Day. They dressed in their Christmas pajama's, watched the movie, ate popcorn, hot chocolate and other yummy goodies. Their desks are arranged like the train. Eli had a blast and loved it!
All aboard the Polar Express!
Cason's New Glasses
Cason got glasses a week before Christmas. Apparently 4th grade is the grade for the Cobb kids to get glasses, so far 2 out of 3 have!

Christmas Tree
The Christmas tree farm we have been going to closed last year and the closest we could find with a tree taller than 4 feet was in Center. So, the Sunday after Thanksgiving we braved the rain and cold and headed to Center. I am glad we went when we did because the farm in Center was low on the larger trees too.
Our Christmas tree 2020.
It is around 9 feet tall and has a bit of a crooked trunk.
Cason cut down the tree all by himself this year and did a great job.
All finished!!

Turkey Trot 1K and 5K
Thanksgiving morning the kids and Bradley ran the Turkey Trot. Eli and Bradley ran the 1K and then Bradley, Cason, and Emory ran the 5K.
Pre- race social distancing picture.
Eli did a great job and pretty much ran the entire time. He was super proud of his medal.
Several friends from school ran the 5K too. Post-race Regent's Runners picture!
