Polar Express Day

This past Friday was Polar Express Day at school for Eli. He was super excited and wore his pj's and Christmas socks to bed Thursday night! He said that way he could sleep later, even though sleeping late is not something Eli does! He said he had a great time and only spilled his hot chocolate two times! 

 

5th & 6th Grade Christmas Play

Last Thursday Cason's class along with the 6th graders performed their Christmas play. All the students did a great job, including my pink bunny, also known as Ralphie! 

FBC Christmas program

The boys all dressed up at the Christmas program last Sunday. The oldest declined to have her picture taken.

Science Project

The week after Thanksgiving Emory had a science project due. She was assigned to build a chlorine atom. She did a great job! 

 

Christmas Trees 2021

Saturday we headed to a Christmas tree farm in Center to look for a tree. This year Emory found the tree and Cason cut it down and hauled it out. 

Once cut the tree stood 9.5 feet tall. 

And many hours later.....our big Christmas tree! 

The boys decorated their tree with a little help. Cason also decided to string a stand of lights up in their room! They both love how it turned out.

Fall 2021 Pictures

Saturday we were able to get a few pictures in the pretty fall foliage and Cason wanted to take some in the new livestock trailer!

Kindergarten Turkey Disguise

 Eli's class was tasked with disguising turkeys this week, with hopes they make it passed Thanksgiving not on someone's dinner table. 

Eli chose to disguise his turkey as a hay bale.
