Licensed To Drive

It took a month to get in to take the test, but we officially have a licensed driver! Watch out Nac here she comes! 

 

 

 

Medievil Feast

Medievil Feast was last Friday, for 4th, 8th & 11th grades. They feasted, sword fighted, and presented on things they have been learning.

High School Girls Basketball

Tuesday night Emory's sophomore basketball season came to an end in the second round of the playoffs. It was a hard loss, but the girls had such a wonderful season, going undefeated in district play, winning district, and getting to play at the SFA coliseum. I am super proud of these girls and have loved watching them play ball! 

 

50's Murder Mystery Party

Tonight was the high school and junior high murder mystery party. This year it was set in the 1950's.  Emory's character was a pink chic and Cason was on the football team.

At the Cross Classic

We took all three steers to the At the Cross Classic show in Jacksonville today. This was the first time the steers have been shown and Eli's first time in the ring with cattle. All three kids did great. Cason was 3rd in his class. Emory and Eli were in the same class and finished first and second. Emory went on to win Grand Champion steer. 

 

Happy Birthday

Yesterday Emory turned 16! She is smart, goofy, strong-willed and full of sass. It is hard to believe she is a sophomore and driving. 

 

Coverall Classic

Emory and Cason took their heifers to the Coverall Classic in Henderson today. It was a VERY LONG day, but Emory and Lady were Grand Champion Shorthorn in ring A and Reserve Champion Shorthorn ring B. Cason and Holly were Champion ORB in both rings. They both had a great time!
