Last week Emory came home with a Litter Critter Home Project. She has been learning about insects and bugs at school. Emory decided she wanted to make a butterfly so we started gathering things that we could use to make her butterfly.
She ended up making two butterflies out of toilet paper rolls and paper plates. We then decided to make flowers for the butterflies. We made the flowers out of paper plates, buttons, a broken Easter egg, bottom of a Styrofoam cup, milk lid, and a tin can lid. We also used a few fake flowers to glue the butterflies to and for filler!
